I just lost my drain of thought

The day did indeed begin in a crummy way. I actually voluntarily woke up to go to an 8am class that was supposed to be the last lecture before my midterm for that class, which then turned out to be cancelled. I then sat outside in the cold typing on this here blog and there were some issues with the poor wireless signal and posting so I was a tiny teensy weensy bit late to my next class, in which we receive lecture notes from the professor. On this particular day, however, he did not print enough notes. I instead am forced to sit through half the lecture without visuals that won’t be blocked by the professor. I was confused and really cold because the AC was turned up or something so I decided to leave and go to the social sciences computer lab to take advantage of my free printing capabilities. I think I love it there. haha. Though they do waste quite a lot of paper. So my first two classes were a bust and my stats discussion was kind of confusing but the TAs accent is so interesting that I stayed for the whole class, which I’ve only gone to once before. I regret that because it really is a lot more useful than the stupid lecture which I show up for and leave halfway through every Tuesday and Thursday.  So I’m super unprepared for the stats midterm tomorrow and though the class was helpful I still don’t know what’s going on and then I’m thinking I have to cram again tomorrow for the economics midterm that I did not get a review for since the lecture was cancelled. Lo and behold, an e-mail. A wonderful, wonderful e-mail from the professor, saying that she’s sorry about not making it and she was sick, blah blah, AND THE TEST IS POSTPONED UNTIL NEXT MONDAY. YATA!! Yes, I’m sorry she was sick but I haven’t really formed an attachment to her since I’ve only been to class three times, the third being today’s, which didn’t exist, and the other two I slept through. She does seem sorta nice, despite what I’ve heard, and someone told me she’s a really good professor, so I suppose I should start going to lecture more, because I want to be super A-plus. This day is no longer supersadness. :D Oh and at lunch, I was waiting for Michelle to come out of her building and I saw Katlyn walking with these two Asian girls, one I thought was Michelle because she had glasses and the same hair so I didn’t take a good look. I started talking to Katlyn and thought she was coming to lunch with us but was really going the other way and I kind of rudely interrupted her as we parted ways because I had to follow “Michelle” to the dining hall. As I was trying to catch up, I kept calling out to her, but she refused to acknowledge my presence. I followed her for a good 30 feet, I’d say, and I started thinking, Hm..I’ve never seen Michelle wear a jacket like that…And, She looks a bit taller today..And, Hm, I don’t even know who that other girl is. So I call her and I see that she is not picking up a phone. That’s when I realized I was following some other girl and I immediately felt extremely stupid. :P
